Make sure you enable your camera for video chat. You can do this by clicking on the “Camera” button, then then click “Click to allow”.
If the necessary permissions for the camera have been activated, you see yourself in the camera window, but the lady does not see you, so something went wrong. Most often, such problems arise because of incorrect browser operation.
In order to find out why this problem arises and to solve it, you need to make sure that you have checked the following points:
- Is your internet connection stable?
If the connection quality is bad, the video connection will not work correctly.
- Is your browser updated to the latest available version?
The latest available version of the update is always the most stable and avoids many internal browser errors, due to which the site’s functionality, for example, chat, may not work correctly.
- Does the problem persists in another browser?
Most often, such problems arise because of internal browser errors due to overcrowded cookie and cache data. Checking in another browser will allow you to find out the chat’s performance in another conditions.
- Does the problem persists on another device?
The same principle of verification in another conditions, when the data stored in the internal memory of the device / browser will not interfere with the correct operation of the chat and camera.
